Mental Health Week kicks off on Saturday October 8th,with an awareness day in the crescent shopping centre,Limerick,from 10am-4pm,there will be speakers on the day and lots of fun activities as well,all events are free of charge,check out www.mentalhealthireland.ie for more info and further events on around the country.
